Some limitations in the unregistered version Cisdem Document Reader Cisdem Document Reader is a tool for opening various file formats intended for Windows platform on your Mac. Additionally, it can open a more common PDF file format, and it also enables you to print documents and export them to another format.
It comes packed in a friendly user interface. At the top there is a toolbar, with various quick access buttons, and a search bar. Toolbar can be even customized as per your desires. Bottom area is reserved for documents, where multiple documents can be opened at once and shown organized in tabs.
File formats intended for Windows platform, which can be opened with Cisdem Document Reader are WPD, WPS, XPS, VISIO, OXPS, Winmail.dat and DjVu. All of this file formats can be exported to PDF, which is useful for viewing them on your Mac without depending on this app.
Besides exporting documents to PDF, you can export them to text and to various image formats (PNG, JPEG, BMP, GIF and TIFF). You can export either all pages, single page, or specify a range of pages. Additionally, you can also extract only images from documents.
You can send documents to the printer as well. This option can be quickly accessed by clicking a Print button from the toolbar. A system default printer panel will open, where you are also able to specify some additional printing options.
